Assistant Manager

Job Duties:

Assistant Managers play a key role in the operation of our restaurants. They recruit, screen, hire, train, and develop employees; do sales forecasting and manpower planning; conduct risk/safety inspections; manage inventory and facility; order and receive products; conduct P&L analyses; schedule crew members; manage revenue periods; and prepare to become General Managers.

 Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Ability to manage with minimal supervision
  • Ability to motivate and build a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Results / Service Oriented
  • Ability to solve day-to-day problems
  • At least one year of restaurant management experience
